Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has replaced the country's military commander-in-chief in what is the biggest military reshuffle in the country since Vladimir Putin ordered a full-scale war two years ago.


The decision to replace Valery Zaluzhny comes at a time when Ukraine is facing a shortage of ammunition and the US Congress is struggling with approving new funding for Ukraine's defense. General Syrsky replaced Zaluzhny. Who he is and what role he has already played in the defense of Ukraine?
