World leaders have expressed horror and outrage at an Israeli airstrike that killed seven aid workers in the central Gaza Strip and repeated calls for an immediate ceasefire. The United States-based organization World Central Kitchen (WCK) confirmed on Tuesday that its employees were killed in a "targeted attack" by Israeli military aircraft. Among the dead were people from Palestine, Poland, Great Britain, the USA, Canada and Australia.
