State of emergency has been declared in the Orenburg region in Russia. More than 10 thousand houses were flooded in the region and 6.5 thousand people were evacuated. SBS Russian discussed the current crisis with Eugene Simonov, coordinator of the Rivers Without Boundaries International Coalition.
