The Supreme Court in Papua New Guinea has ruled that the detention centre on Manus Island is unconstitutional. The PNG prime minister Peter O'Neill has stated his government will close down the facility. What will happen to the 850 male asylum seekers on Manus? The federal government says it's PNG's responsibility and none of the asylum seekers will ever set foot in Australia. PNG is passing the ball back to the Australian government.
