The Chinese embassy in Canberra has criticized the federal government's decision to extend the travel ban from China.
The decision was also criticized by the unions. However, prime minister Scott Morrison says the federal government has acted according to the best medical advice it has received on the country's protection for a COVID-19 outbreak.
