Samoa's prime minister Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi has denied suggestions that he as leader appoints the country's Head of State. As Autagavaia reports from Apia, Tuilaepa says the government of the day chooses the Head of State every five years and it has been suggested by some in government for the appointment to be for a maximum of two terms.
