Albert Clark started running in his 60's after a long life of booze and smoking. When his wife died, he realised he needed to stay fit in order to look after their children. He is 81 years old and still runs between 10 and 20 kilometres every day. Among his other feats are a 60 kilometre run to raise funds for a terminally ill child, and a 3000 kilometre bike ride on the Nullabour.
