Les Murray remembered as Mr Football and a believer in multiculturalism.

Australia's Mr Football was remembered at a state funeral in Sydney yesterday (Monday 14 August). Les Murray arrived in Australia with his parents as refugees fleeing Communist Hungary when he was a small child. Among those attending the service were the NSW premier Gladys Berejiklian, current and former Socceroos stars, and many of Les Murray's colleagues at SBS.
