The federal and NSW governments have signed an energy deal they say will lower electricity prices and address the country's emissions.


The 'transition' deal is worth $2 Billion and will rely on using gas. Prime minister Scott Morrison says it's ensuring electricity prices will be affordable while at the same time ensuring the country keeps lower emissions.
