Lucy Haslam lost her son Dan to bowel cancer last year. She and her son have been campaigning to have legal cannabis available for medicinal treatment. Lucy has started making preparations for a cannabis plantation at the outskirts of Tamworth called Dan Eden which may be the first medicinal cannabis plantation in the country.

"It got to the point where he had to be hospitalised every time he had chemotherapy. None of the pharmaceutical preparations were able to control his nausea and vomiting, and he was getting weaker and weaker."
