The Royal Commission into Trade Unions has handed in its report and the Employment minister Michaela Cash has outlined some of the major findings including widespread corruption and stand-over tactics. Some current and former Union officials have been referred to the police for further investigation. The prime minister Malcolm Turnbull has hinted at making the report an election issue if the Senate blocks some of the government's measures arising from it.
