Samoa has another go at running an international airline.

After years of running Polynesian Airlines (mostly at a loss) then a partnership with a No-Frills airline company, the government of Samoa has again embarked on another airline venture in the form of the newly formed Samoa Airways. Autagavaia Tipi reports from Apia.
