Samoa's Law Society and Judges have expressed concerns at a bill being introduced to the Samoan parliament that will make the Lands and Titles Court in Samoa independent of the Judiciary.


As Galumalemana Autagavaia Tipi reports from Apia, one of the areas of concern is the right of Samoan citizens to appeal to the Supreme Court any rulings from the Lands and Titles Court.
