The Supreme Court in Samoa has rejected the claims made by Peseta Vaifou Tevaga against directors of Nonu Juice company Local Partners and Associates.

Peseta Vaifou Tevaga's claims were made against the directors of a company that dealt with the production and export of Nonu juice, Local Partners and Associates.  The defendants included the minister of Agriculture and former Speaker of the Samoan parliament, Laauli Polataivao Schmidt, and prominent Samoan journalist Apulu Lance Polu.  One of the directors is Tevaga's son Leiataua Danny Schwenke who did not testify in the hearing.  As Autagavaia reports from Apia, Peseta Vaifou Tevaga is considering an appeal against the ruling.
