Samoa's prime minister Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi has encouraged Samoa nationals in Australia and New Zealand to take up citizenship in their adopted countries saying that such a move would not change their Samoan citizenship status. Autagavaia Tipi reports from Apia.
