The prime minister of Samoa has warned returnees that customs duties have to be paid on all new goods brought back to the country.

The prime minister of Samoa has warned returnees that customs duties have to be paid on all new goods brought back to the country.


Apart from returning diplomats and Samoan citizens who has lived overseas for long periods of time and are bringing back 'used personal effects,' all other goods are subject to customs duty.
