Our guest on Talanoa this month is Mr Tony Fretton who was born in New Zealand, spent a lot of time in Samoa where he worked at the Tourism Bureau and by his own admission became a fan of Samoa's prime minister, Tuila'epa Sailele Malielegaoi.
Tony now lives in Melbourne and works with people with a disability and their families connecting them services and navigating the complex NDIS.
Mr Fretton is an ardent advocate of the rights of LGBTQI+ people (he's the founder of the PacifiqueX blog) and the empowerment of women, and he does it all with a great deal of humour. He's not a fan of bigotry.
