Terror attack in Barcelona

A van traveling at high speed ploughed into crowds at the popular tourist area of Las Ramblas district in Barcelona killing 16 people and injuring at least one hundred. Authorities in Barcelona expect the death toll to rise. The attack has been roundly condemned by world leaders and Islamic State has taken responsibility for it.
