The General Secretary of the World Health Organization has expressed concerns about the impact of a coronavirus outbreak in countries with weaker healthcare systems.


His comments come at a time when some experts are predicting that a vaccine to combat the coronavirus now called COVID-19 may not be available until the end of the year.
