On 28 February 2018 15th Belgrade Dance Festival presented at the National Assembly of Serbia. Speaking at the presentation the Speaker of the National Assembly Ms Maja Gojkovic said that the event has become something of a badge of honour for Belgrade, one that all of Serbia is proud to bear.

On 28 February 2018 15th Belgrade Dance Festival presented at the National Assembly of Serbia. Speaking at the presentation the Speaker of the National Assembly Ms Maja Gojkovic said that the event has become something of a badge of honour for Belgrade, one that all of Serbia is proud to bear.


Gojkovic said that for the fourth year running the National Assembly has the privilege to host the presentation of the Belgrade Dance Festival which will undoubtedly, with its program, choreographies and artists, make Belgrade “The Capital” as this year’s motto says.

The National Assembly Speaker said that the Belgrade Dance Festival, thanks to the vision and dedication of its Director Aja Jung, has become an event of come note, recipient of numerous awards, attracting 23,000 viewers.

Aja Jung, Director of the Belgrade Dance Festival, and the ambassadors Israel, Greece and Norway spoke at the conference at the National Assembly House.

This year’s Belgrade Dance Festival, 15 March - 4 April, will be featuring 24 choreographies by 15 dance companies from 14 countries – Israel, Greece, PR China, Norway, Australia, UK, USA, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Canada, Poland and the Netherlands.
