Delegates from around the country have meat in Darwin, for the annual conference of the Federation of Ethnic Communities' Councils of Australia (FECCA). For FECCA Chair Joe Caputo, this was his last conference, after four years at the helm. And he says recognising diversity, and the needs of all Australians, is more important than ever.
