For the duration of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, the Hyundai Motorstudio, on New Arbat Avenue in Moscow, is hosting a major exhibition staged by the FIFA World Football Museum.

Central to the whole experience is a giant circular LED screen, showing highlights and memorable moments from past finals and some of the greatest players to have featured in them.

The exhibition’s ground floor is a tribute to the passion and devotion of fans from all over the world. Visitors can see messages from fans of all 32 competing nations. After each match, the ball which started the game is added to the growing collection at the exhibition.

The upper floor is devoted to the history of the FIFA World Cup. Each of the 20 tournaments played so far has a showcase featuring unique objects and stories from legends like Lev Yashin, Pelé, Diego Maradona and many more.

"We are very proud to be here with our exhibition during The World Cup in Moscow, at the heart of the World Cup. And it's the first time that the FIFA World Cup Football Museum, that is actually located in Zurich, has a special exhibition outside of Zurich. We have the opportunity to be here during The World Cup and have a free entry for fans all over the world every single day", said Andreas Alf, communications manager, FIFA World Football Museum for SBS Serbian.

Metaphorically speaking visitors can almost touch the football history and travel through 88 of World cup history.

"We have a long corridor with showcase about each of the World Cup Tournaments so far: from 1930, first World Cup, until 2014. And in each of these showcases we have original objects, we have story telling and we have a lot of visitors to actually look at it every single day, learn about the football history and talk to the other football fans about it. And this is what we want to achieve with this exhibition".

" Well "The Jules Rimet Cup" had a very tragic story", said Andreas Alf. "It was stolen once in England, just before the World cup in 1966. And just few days before The WC started that famous dog Pickles found it. But then, for a second time it was stolen again in 1983. from Rio de Janeiro and it was never found again. We from the museum hope that in some point we will find it again and therefore our highlight of the exhibition, the "The Jules Rimet Cup" here cannot be original...."
