Supplements, health drinks and the word 'probiotic' have found fame in the realm of social media. But are they targeting a problem that doesn't exist, or one we just don't know enough about? Understanding the real function ad importance of bacteria in our gut can be tricky. Professor Andrew Holmes from the Charles Perkins Centre of Sydney University, joined us to define the gut microbiome and speak more about gut microbiota and research.
