"To buy full mountaineering equipment in Serbia you need to spend money that could pay for a Skoda Fabia car. But if you are passionate about climbing, there is always a solution, for example - buy a pair of cheaper everyday shoes and spend more on high quality mountaineering shoes because they can save your life up in mountains," says Dragoslav Gogic, journalist and vice president of the Serbian Mountaineering Association (PSS) in an interview for SBS Serbian.
