ASEAN gets underway in Manila

The Association of the Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summit is underway in the capital of the Philippines. The biannual meeting looks at the economic, security and cultural development of the region, with North Korea and the South China Sea dispute expected to be main discussion points at this year's talks.
