An international team of investigators has determined missiles were driven into eastern Ukraine from Russia before one of them downed Malaysia Airlines flight M-H 17 in 2014, killing all 298 people aboard. Australia's air safety regulator has rejected claims that changes around the rules governing drone use will put public safety at risk.
