Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop has met with Russia's Ambassador to Australia after giving two Russian spies six days to leave the country in a show of solidarity with Britain over the poisoning of Russian former double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter. One of the country's highest-ranked military generals has conceded an Australian Super Hornet air strike likely killed two civilians and injured two children in Iraq last year (2017). Finance Minister Mathias Cormann says it's "business as usual" despite being forced to delay introducing a bill to cut corporate tax due to a lack of Senate support.
