Most people connects stress with the negative feelings caused by overload, in either business or in private life. What is rarely mentioned is that even pleasant changes in life like marriage or childbirth, can rarely pass without a certain amount of stress. In essence, unknown and unpredictable situations, even if they are pleasant or unpleasant, which require some adjustments from our side, often can cause stress.
