Clyde Lewis smashed his personal best by more than three seconds on his way to gold in the men’s 400m individual medley final at the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre on Friday night. Kyle Chalmers definitively demonstrated he had recovered from heart surgery last year to clinch two golds as the Australians dominated the second day of the swimming at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games on Friday.
