Footage shows tear-gassing of children at Darwin centre

Filmed footage has emerged showing children in a Darwin juvenile-detention facility being tear-gassed. Many of the boys involved have reportedly been left traumatised and have told of enduring horrific conditions and punishments, including solitary confinement.
