Buying the land in Serbia has become a very hot topic in last few years. However as many as 1.200 villages are dying and 200.000 country houses have been abandoned. Picturesque landscapes, often seen on Serbian tourism promotion posters, showcasing sublime natural beauties, are usually totally abandoned. People have been fleeing these areas for decades.
