Europe's finance ministers say the so-called "Paradise Papers" emphasize the importance of fighting tax evasion. The leak of millions of financial documents exposed the offshore tax affairs of a host of wealthy people and large multinational companies. The papers were obtained by a German newspaper and shared with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, that released the Panama Papers last year. There are mounting calls for governments to take action against tax avoidance.
