The exhibition dedicated to one of the greatest Serbian scientist Mihajlo Pupin is held at the Historical Museum of Serbia- until 20 February 2016. The author of the exhibition and vice-president of the Educational and Research Association Mihajlo Pupin is a historian Aleksandra Ninković Tašić. She will participate in the Skype- Conference about Pupin organised by the group of Serbian intellectuals in Melbourne. Mile Mihajlovic told us more.

The interactive exhibition entitled "Pupin from Physical to Spiritual Reality", the first exhibition of this kind in Serbia, has opened at the Historical Museum of Serbia. What makes this exhibition unique is the use of the technology of augmented reality and spatial installations that make it possible for the audience to step into Pupin's world, by means of sound and image. Interactive AR glasses have been used in museology for the first time.

This unique exhibition represents a comprehensive overview of the life and work of the great scientist and the visitors are able to familiarize themselves with a number of unknown facts about the private life of Mihajlo Pupin, and with the archival material that has been unknown so far with a large number of documents, such as the secret FBI file, which will be presented to the Serbian and world public for the first time.

The exhibition was organized under the auspices of the Srbian Ministry of Culture and Information to mark the 80th anniversary of the scientist's death, and a centenary of the registration of his patents that are considered most important in the sphere of telecommunications.
