Prior to the launch of a book 'Harbourages in monasteries: on moments frozen in time' we talked to Mr Boris Trbic who co-authored the book with Ms Jelena Tucakovic. "This is a travel writing peace with strong Romanesque and fictional elements. Our intention wasn't to impose any particular form of travel writing, but we wanted to respect the history and ethnology", says one of the authors Boris Trbic for the SBS program.
The book will be launched on 27th October in St Trinity Serbian Church Hall in Melbourne at 7pm. Free entrance.
Boris Trbic teaches Script writing at Swinburne University of Technology (TAFE) and Screen Language at RMIT University (TAFE) in Melbourne. He is a reviewer on 3RRR’s Film Buffs’ Forecast, and writes screenplays, short fiction and occasional pieces about oriental carpets.
