Indigenous representatives lead criticism of rejection of parliamentary voice

The federal Opposition has accused Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull of abandoning Indigenous recognition after a key proposal from Indigenous leaders was officially rejected. Indigenous representatives had been arguing for a constitutionally enshrined Indigenous voice in parliament.
