About this magnesium and its characteristics Aleksandar Zivkovic spoke with Dr. Velibor Todorović.
Magnesium is one of the most prevalent mineral substances in soft tissues. The average adult contains 20 to 28 grams of magnesium, of which about 60% is found in bones. The rest is in muscles, soft tissues and body fluids. Magnesium can be found in high concentrations within cells, especially cardiac and brain cells.
