NBN points to rollout for soaring numbers of customer complaints

The National Broadband Network (NBN) is blaming the roll-out of the NBN for the highest number of complaints to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman in four years. The Ombudsman's 2016/17 annual report, released today, shows complaints about internet services have surpassed the number of complaints about mobile phones.
