It was a busy weekend on the stage that is big-time sport. There was no stopping Serbia in the Final of the FIBA Basket U18 European Championship 2017, with the Nikola Miskovic-led side sweeping away Spain Spain 74-62 in the second half of the gold medal duel at the Hant Arena in Bratislava. A legendary athlete exited the stage...whilst a group of Australian women might just have truly arrived on it. And in the A-F-L and N-R-L, the end-of-season stage continues to be constructed, with finals play now only one month away. With the best of all the action, here's Branko Cvetojevic.
