Seven sentenced over UEFA football violence

Lawyers for a group of football fans sentenced to prison over street violence at the Euro 2016 tournament in France maintain the verdicts are too severe. In expedited trials, six English nationals have been convicted and given sentences of between one and three months. And a local man has been handed a two-year sentence.
