Australia and Singapore are due to sign a multi-million dollar deal today that will result in 14,000 Singaporean troops training for 18 weeks a year in Queensland. Australia pledges annual aid to Afghanistan of $80m until 2020 alongside US UK and EU. Plus Australia and Indonesia youth exchange scholarships now open.
