Thousands of people have gathered to honour a 22-year-old woman raped and murdered in Melbourne, with vigils held across Australia. Comedian Eurydice Dixon was killed last week, her body found in an inner-city park. Her murder has focused attention on the violence perpetuated largely by men against women.
