National Rugby League team of Serbia will pay a visit to Obilic Basketball Club Sydney in the lead up to its Test Match with The Philippines. One of the fasted growing rugby league European nations Serbia is touring Australia from the 28th of January to the 8th of February 2016.
President of Obilic, Mr Stevan Sipka said for SBS Serbian Im really happy and excited to welcome the Serbian Rugby League team to our club. We will have the bulk of our 70 members on hand to meet, greet and socialize with the Serbian Rugby League players and officials."
The Serbian Rugby League team will play The Philippines on Friday, 05 February 2016 at Cabramatta Sports Ground. However, on the evening before the Test Match, Thursday 04 February, the Serbian Rugby League team will visit Obilic Basketball Club on its home court at the Cabramatta PCYC, 162 Railway Parade, Cabramatta. The Serbian Rugby League will tour Australia in late January/early February 2016 as it prepares its bid to qualify for the 2017 Rugby League World Cup to be held in Australia.
