"Humanity has a key failing," says Dr. Haydn Washington, environmental scientist and adjunct lecturer at the Pangaea Research Centre and University of New South Wales, "at least half of us will deny a reality we don't like or don't believe in." Dr. Washington, along with numerous environmental scientists across the globe, is worried about population growth. He spoke to Sofija about non coercive and ethical ways he thinks society can bring population down and curb the growing environmental crisis.
