Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has faced the public as the sole panellist on the ABC's Q&A program on Monday. Mr Turnbull was asked questions about immigration, the Coalition's commitment to Indigenous Australia, Section 44 of the constitution and more. Labor Senator Sam Dastyari has denied reports he pressured a colleague not to meet with pro-democracy activists in Hong Kong. Almost 500 counter- terrorism experts from around the world have gathered in Melbourne for a three day conference to discuss tactics and security.
