Turnbull urged to push human rights at ASEAN summit

Human rights campaigners are urging Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull to raise a raft of human rights issues during a two-day ASEAN special summit in Sydney. Vietnam and Australia are expected to sign a new strategic partnership ahead of a special summit of South East Asian leaders in Sydney. Australia is investigating what visas can be offered to white South African farmers who are facing violence and land seizures at home. Australia is continously proving to be an international tourist hotspot, with the government's annual International Visitor survey showing overseas tourists are on rise.
