UK to expel 23 Russian diplomats

British Prime Minister Theresa May has taken the decision to expel 23 Russian intelligence officers from the UK, after the deadline for a Russian response to the nerve-agent poisoning of Sergei and Julia Skripal passed, without any official word from Moscow.
