UN harshly criticises latest North Korean launch

An emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council has again condemned North Korea after its latest launch of a ballistic missile. On Monday, North Korea sent a missile soaring over northern Japan before it disintegrated and fell into the sea. Many at the UN meeting have called it the country's most provocative launch yet.
