Ranee Eliezer was born in Ipoh, Malaya and grew up in Singapore. She and her family moved to Ceylon at the outbreak of WW II, where she met and married Prof.C.JEliezer. The professor and Ranee shared a dedication to community work, family life, social justice, a love for Jaffna and the history of Tamil Culture.
