A man shot dead by police after killing six people at a Sydney shopping centre

Six people have been killed and a man has been shot dead by police after he attacked several people at a busy shopping centre in Sydney's eastern suburbs.

Emergency services were called to Westfield Bondi Junction on Saturday afternoon with the attack plunging Bondi Junction into chaos.
