Mathubashini Ragupathy known as Azhiyal recently translated some Aboriginal poems in Tamil.
Dr Dhamu Pongiyannan runs the Centre for Applied Academics in Humanities and Social Sciences (CAAHS). He has been researching on Aboriginal issues for more than five years. He worked as a Tutor for Indigenous Tutorial Assistance Scheme (ITAS) and as a counselor in Aboriginal Community Connect in Murry Bridge (Ngarrindjeri Country) in South Australia. He has also worked closely with the Barngarla People in Regional South Australia.
Dr Rama Jayaraj is a clinical science academic in College of Health and Human Sciences at Charles Darwin University and mental health scientist focusing on Australian Indigenous Alcohol associated assaults and violence, involved in oral oncology research and alcohol-related trauma research and culturally adopted brief intervention strategies and Indigenous community development in the Northern Territory. In recognition of his professional standing in the field of clinical oncology, alcohol and Indigenous research, he was awarded the Australian Academy Science Fellow in 2011; awarded the Ryan Family Award in 2014 and the Pride of Australia –Inspirational Model Medal in 2015.
